as stated
Any cheap brand (Aiwa) easier to take apart and retrieve your CD's and buy a replacement.
Fiddly job from memory.

Just go to your local ICE dealer as they will normally have a repair service, the ICE shop I use make a charge of one hours labour +parts for nearly all repairs, and to be honest most repairs to multi-changers are only cleaning and lazer replacement/re-alignment and as its probably only an Alpine unit the parts should be reasonably easy to source.

Thanks Guys. Finding a local ICE place these days is getting harder and harder. I used to have 2 in Leeds but both have gone bust in the last couple of years.
