door cards 1998 c230k

Hi,

I have a 1998 W202 C230k. Upon driving to work this morning and shutting the drivers side door, I noticed through the window that the door card seems to be "popping up" near the window glass.

I will have a look at it at lunch time, however, I was just wondering if any one has seen this before and if its a simple fix?

I would think that the door card is not correctly fitted, best to take it off and make sure that the top of the card is hooked on correctly.

If you activate your Email address in you user CP I can send you the instruction

The top of the door cards have metal clips which fit to a lip edge on the top edge of the door, if you take the door panel off you could have great difficulty putting these clips back on as the door cards get damp and go soft and damage real easy you could try opening the window and giving the card a sharp tap in the area it has lifted as this worked on mine.
