Door inserts and side shirts

Hi all

I'm in the process of converting my car from looking like a classic to an Avantgarde. I've got most of the parts now and I'm only missing the following items:

i. Passenger side chrome door inserts.
ii. Passenger side chrome door handle.
iii. Passenger side Avantgarde side shirt.

Does anyone know where I could source these from?
