Door speaker plastic grilles

Hi there ,

I need help please , The plastic door speaker grill on my 220 CDi has cracked . Can you advise me on how best to remove the damaged part prior to replacement ?

on some, its just a screw at the bottom, undo and lift off. on later ones you might have to remove the whole door card, and undo the plastic from the back...

Thanks , its a 2003 , so it seems like its a door card removal , will this give problems with the side air bags do you think ?
