dreaded rust on my 311 (03)

Is there any possible cure for rust especially a couple of sections under the roof channels (not high top) and around the bottom rubber edges of the front screen. I've tried a lot of so called great stuff at stopping rust. Give it 4 weeks and its back again.

I got most of the rust off the areas, treated it x 3 with rust inhibitors, 2 primers, 2 top coats. Is there a permanent cure?, if there is such a thing, or do I have to live with it.

sandblast back to base - treat and spray. That should slow it down considerably. Rust I've treated myself tends to return whereas the body shops seem to have much better results - I guess due to being able to bake the paint over the top.
I assume the 311 is a commercial?

If it's 03 wouldn't this be covered by warranty?

I assume a 311 is a commercial (he does say "not a hight top") and that they're not covered.
Either way - he's attacked it with rust inhibitor so it's too late now.

Did'nt mention that it is a commercial and paint warranty does not apply to them. 3 weeks from new I think. Body shop thinks it's a d.i.y job as it's not profitable for them to tackle it. Will try and get it sandblasted, then paint
