Driver side electric seat/seat belt icon dont work?

I have Mercedes C200 Komp X REg (New Shape) I am having problem with Driver side electric seat that dosen't seem to work. Each time I change fuse, it works fine for couple of minute but then all of a sudden it stops working. Passsenger seat works fine all the time. There is also problem with Seat Belt indicator on meter, It disappears without me wearing seat belt. I think that Icon should stay there until the seat belt is worn. Can't understand why all that happening with me.. Car is not that old, not over used. Can someone help?

Does it blow the 15amp fuse in the boot?? Does it only blow when using the backrest recline?? If so, it has rubbed through the wires in the outer main hinge area.
