Driving front fog lights

All looked to see whn my MOT runs out on the CL...... 5th june opps, checked the car over tonight as its in on friday for the Mot and noticed the front fog or driving lights dont work, would it fail the MOTon these?

Yep correct - I can confirm that because I had to have my W210 MOT'd about 2 months ago and one of my front fogs wasnt working. MOT garage said they wernt part of the test and my car passed.
