Driving Lights

Hi
Has anyone upgraded their fog lights to the new style led driving lights.
I have a Mercedes CLS 320 on a 2007 plate and would llove to upgrade the lights front end to the new 2011 style?

Probably easy to physically fit them, it is the wiring or programming that could give a problem
