Dust Filter

Decided to do some DIY Anyone know where I can find the dust filter on the heater system ?
Looked everywhere but cant find it.
1998 SLK 230K non air conditioned type.
Any help much appreciated.

Hi

Try passenger footwell (at least this is where it is in 202 & 210 C & E Class)
Remove the cover just above where your feet would be possibly 2 star head screws.
Once removed there are two sliding plastic clips that retain a cover that holds in the pollen filter.

This might not be the same on the SLK so good luck.

Thanks 230K had that cover off and seen the clips but didnt think that was it change it tomorrow,Thanks again.
