Dx upgrade. Television ?

Read some posts today from August on subject about the discs ,and how they may not play if not from MB.Does someone (television) know a cheaper way than a £140 ish original ? Thanks if you can help ,if not, thanks for reading..

113£ is the price, I doubt anyone will suggest a cheaper method other than getting a second hand CD where someone has upgraded to the latest version

As above,,I have never tried to copy one,,there are loads of 2 year old disc around

The DX disks are for the earlier Cd based comand system. They can be obtained for a bit less than £113 or from your main dealer for a lot more.

In my experience with these disks you really are better off getting an original disk even if it is one a couple of versions older than current. These earlier comand units are particularly sensitive to copied disks.

As Alfie above, the the CD based early units are not good with copied disc

What year version is the disc and, can you let me know what contents it carries? ie post code finder, a few details if you would,i have not done any research as yet to see what i can get.. Thanks..
