E 200 1998 Pollen filter

Does anyone know where the pollen filter is on this car and what is has. to be removed to get it out.

drop the under dash panel in the passenger footwell. Look up. You should see 2 white slider clips in the plastic housing. Slide them off and remove the rectangular plastic cover panel. Then just pull the old filter out.
If you have full digital climate there are other filters behind the glovebox but if its a standard 2 knob and thumbwheel arrangement, thats the only one there is.
