Hi all, Brand new member to this club having just purchased a 1995 320 ce in some unpronouncable dark green colour with cream leather interior. Dealer serviced from new and still with origianal blaupunkt cd player. It has done 126000 or so miles and drves very well. My previous car was a 1991 300e with 227000 on the clock which I had for 18 months. I never had to spend a penny on it apart from servicing and mot's and found it to be a totally reliable car. It did suffer the usual rust on the wheel arches which I am told is a common problem. My new car has just had all the blemishes and scratches sorted by an excellent body guy I found in bristol and looks a dream. Does anyone know of a good mechanic in the bristol area to maintain it for me? The only faults on the car were a jammed air flap on the centre console (sorted) and a faulty temperature control unit, it's either very hot or cold with no mid range on both sides. My present mech tells me it needs a new unit which he says are difficult to aquire. Anyway enough of my rambles and look forward to interesting times with the club. stevie d

Stevie, in another place, there is a guy that has just got a similar car, Stevie Dawson is his name.

I have a 320CE 93. The styling is starting to look a bit dated but it's still way ahead of anything from that era.

Mine has done 170,000k now and I replaced the rear springs this weekend. None of the bolts/nuts were rusted and I was done in a couple of hours (would have been quicker but i have a sore back and it's freezing cold)
