Hi All,

I really hope that someone will help out here:

-exhaust back pressure sensor changed
-temperature sensor on DPF changed
-DPF cleaned

After all changes above there is still problem with merc - info on the photos.

Please any input will be very appreciated.

Thank you,

Matt

Engine management light on and Merc goes into safe mode. Then DPF gets over loaded and is unable to regenerate.

Thanks.

Empty garage, awaiting new toy :)
Hmmm

Disconnect the exhaust system (cats might have collapsed) and see if the faults pertain.

It has an air leak...

It tells you the boost pressure is too low..!! The offset range of the air mix is too low and on your actual values your boost pressure is in red!! Why did you ignore that piece of information?

The DPF will read incorrectly as the exhaust back pressure sensor will only read the engine limp mode situation. But look at the fault codes, its smacking you in the face.
