I need help with my car it is w210 when i accelerate car thinks to much and then goes.it also looses power and cant go above 40km/h .engine maf and air filter is new what could it be?

The car is dropping into limp mode so you need the fault codes read from the OBD port - as above a MB specialist is your best bet.
