E200 1995 loud thump - loud thump

I have a 1995 E200 auto and when it changes gear it has started making a loud thump from the rear, it must be a bush or bearing of some sort has any body else had this problem or dose anyone know what it could be,

Reading an article about W124's, the problem you have is mentioned and sounds like  the rubbers that mount the rear subframe need replaced.
