Many thanks fo your reply would you be kind enough to give me a step by step on how to check this in Xentry?
Unfortunately I cannot give a step by step guide on how to fix with xentry as I simply haven't got them time :(

The car will never regen if it sees more than 150% fill level, or if it sees too much fill rate.

You will need to ensure there is nothing causing smoke formation (boost leak, injector etc) then remove the DPF, clean it , then reinstall and re teach the DPF in
I noticed a little oil on the intake pipe where the the flexible bend is and also some where the intake mounts to the turbo could that be it?

My tiny brain doesn't understand how something can be 400% full o_O
Soot burns to Ash, Ash is much smaller than soot, somehow that translates to something that can get 400% full lol

Genuine is not too expensive and will last a long time.

Yes, run dpf cleaner through it and then reset again.

If there is an engine fault making lots of soot, it will block quickly as well, so don't rule that out.
Could you expand a bit on running a DPF cleaner through it Alexander ? How is this actually done? remove a sensor (or both ) and inject the cleaner directly into it that way? How much cleaner and for how long it needs to be left to do the clean? Then start the engine and wait for the smoke to dissapear? Or are there good fuel additive's which will do the same job.???? Or is it a remove the unit and hand it over to a company who specialises in DPF cleaning?

Thanks Alexander, much appreciated. Sounds like a very dirty job, especially when "caustic" solutions are mentioned. Should I come to that stage, think I'll let the professionals do it.

It's not horrible tbh, I know some garages do use the hoses but the stuff we use has to be cleaned out.

And its cleaned out by flushing water or other cleaner through it?

Ok here we go ready to fit, Someone said its easy enough to changed it but just have to remove the wheel arch covers, does anyone know if the wheel must come off? Thanks Alexander for your help.

Easiest way is wheel arch loosened and lower front engine undertray off. Wheel can stay on.

Thanks again for the help. An update... Changed the pipe and reset the DPF readings to 0. Attempted force regen and had a prerequisite to make sure diesel was above 15 litres is it was 14.6 anyway filled up and started the force regen. Unfortunately i dont think it worked as it required maximum of 50 km/h can't do that on the motor way so i thought it drive it and 50 mph between 5 and 6 gear keeping the revs at about 1900 rpm drove for about 40 mins down and 40 mins back not sure if it did the regen. So halfway back i decided to load Xentry and check the readings they were 13.4% and rose to 30% by the time i got back. I dont understand how one can drive at 50km/h at a constant speed. Power and acceleration is back and no EML came on during the whole time. Probably because the DPF was reset and still needs to get back upto warning Levels. In short i think i need to do the forced Regen again but not sure how i will accomplish that give the conditions set. DPF was showing 8g of soot. WhatsApp Image 2021-04-15 at 20.18.09.jpeg
