E220cdi Exhaust Tips

I have a 2001 E220 CDI that I would love to fit some nice exhaust tips to improve the rear end looks but I have searched the web but cannot find any that would be suitable, Has anyone got any info on where I can get a set of tips for my car. Thanks.

The exhaust tips look good (woulnd't mind a set myself) and the gearknob is probably ok but some of the other stuff... It's amazing how much you can spend making your E class look cheap!
My personal favourite is the "Precious wood speedometer frame" . 200 Euros of pure tackiness.
