Ok here i go briefly I have a 2012 E250cdi with 207k miles so this week I had an engine light come on into limp mode and no revs after 2500rpm no kick down had the code read came up p065100 and p02463 so here is what Ive had done i had the exhaust back pressure sensor changed no change on the drive home next morning drove fine good revs and kick down no issues turned off engine and light came back on out first thing they suggested so £55 plus fitting later no joy then they said fit this a204 440 64 40 its a wiring harness repair kit £25 plus fitting later im not sure this is wired the correct way they say they pinned it out and it is still no joy so today they said dpf needs cleaning so taken off cleaned all professionally by dpf specialist £310 later i still have the same p065100 code and no kick down so any ideas where i go from here
update
ok so here is an update had it star tested yesterday they said its the exhaust back pressure sensor but its down near the erg cooler not the movie cam senor dpf one anyone have a part number for this spoke to Mercedes and its like i speak mandarin and they have no idea what im on about i think ill try a different dealer maybe
update 2
so i have had the map senor done now and had the back pressure senor done and still no kick down the star diag said back pressure senor now im thinking that maybe its a power issue to the sensor im looking to get that checked next still getting the p065100 error the test said no ecu errors that what he told me so my logic says power to the back pressure senor so ill see if i can check it has a reference voltage of 5volts and go from there i guess any other ideas welcome
