Hello All,

Second post here and I'm sure there may be other folk with the same issue as me. I have a 1996 e250 and the heater works and the fan blows. Its a manual knob system but when I turn it up to full power there isn't much of an increase in the amount of air, cold or hot, blown into the car. As a result getting a lot of steamy windows when more than one person in the car. Is this a fuse issue or something? Not very technical.

Thanks :)

Agree that a blocked pollen filter is the most likely cause of your problem, this link will show you how to find the filter I think it's similar for you car ;http://202tech.mkosonen.com/howto/blower.html .
Make sure you cover you carpet before removing anything as there is likely to be a lot of dirt in there.
