E250 swirl flap delete.

Hi all, just booked in for inlet manifold replacement at a local garage I usually go to. Ordered replacement inlet manifold as well as the seal gasket for it. Now the guy, advised me to order some swirl flap blank kit. I previously had my swirl flaps opened electrically via computer. Has anyone ever had any experience with swirl flap deletion? Any info would be appreciated.

Oh right okay, I saw lots of swirl flaps blanks for bmw on ebay but I couldn't find anything for mercedes. I am getting the inlet manifold replaced next week, the trouble is my swirl Flaps were forced open via computer and the question is is it just a matter of swaping the manifolds?
