I think my battery draining issue is my alarm. It’s only been happening since I had the front of the car lifted for a week while it was locked. Now it drains in a couple of days if it’s not used.
Can I disable the alarm or reset the the lift sensor/anti tow or whatever it’s called?

You can switch both off with the button on the dash/centre console

Just to add that they (towing & internal movement) will only stay switched off until you next unlock car with fob.

Yeah, I want to disable it permanently though. It’s definitely something to do with the alarm system as when I switch those buttons off it tends to work properly.

No, it’s converted to springs.
