e320 cdi brake pedal sticking please help

Hi every1 superb forums,can any1 please give me some advice i bought a 2001 320cdi which has been lying in a garage for about 3 years the brake pedal sticks now and again i have put it into my local garage for a service and to get the brake pedal looked at but the mechanic has told me he has stripped it down and cant find anything wrong with it and hesaid the servo seams to be fine the pedal lifts no problem with my foot but it is a pain and i would love to fix the problem can any1 please give me an idea of what might be wrong with it ?

Hi Tam and welcome to the forum, I take it that your car is a 210 and not a 211
i take it the 211 is the newer shape ? mine is the older twin head light one

Then the chances are it will need to have the servo replaced.

You should be OK from a breaker, as this fault is not very common. You could do a search here "sticking brake pedal" as we had a long post on it a few weeks back
