E320 Front Bumper Removal

Hi, I hope you can help me, The front bumper on my E320 Dec 2006 face lift has been pushed back about 1 inch out of line with the front grill. I would like to see if it is possible to re form the fixing brackets or what ever is bent.
It would be great if somebody could tell me details on how to remove the front bumper. Thankyou.
Ps. First post and first Mercedes. Only 2nd day of owning it - love it.

Thanks for the email Malcolm, But I notice that the instructions are for a 210 - I think that mine is a 211 model? with face lift? Do you have the instructions for this model?
