e320cdi 2002 year headlight washers will not come out on there stalks but whenever button is pressed washers operate and water runs down on underside of car . nearside trise to come out about 1 inch . the other seams to be completly jammed . first time i noticed it was when we had that first frost this year nothing happend may have been frozen up . any ideas. does anyone no what pushes the stalks out .. thanks in antisipation
