There are some u tube video's on how to do this, i think, but not sure its done with a fine grinding paper type thing, the seat just needs a good clean, not re cutting to allow the washer to sit correctly, main concern is getting the injector fixing bolts out without snapping or damaging threads.
There is a lot of information out there, you just have to find it.

And use a new stretch bolt for the injector hold down... ;)

This is what I use on an om642 diesel , once your injector is out just find one that is the same width as injector.. slip it over the nozzle to check width.
When you cut the seat you don’t want to push hard on it you just want to turn it gently under its own weight so it polishes the seat.
If you wear glasses get a good torch and take pictures of the seat with your phone so you can zoom in on it and get a good look.
I find a good long flat blade screw driver with clean rag ( cotton t shirt ) wrapped around it soaked in acetone ( nail varnish remover ) cleans all the baked on muck off the seat and the injector body.
I also anneal my injector washers but its not a necessity and I run the seat cutter gently on the washers to knock down any high spots if any.
