Easy entry exit

Hi Everyone
Collected my Eclass 220 night edition in hyacinth red last Monday it was a lovely sunny day and the car looked stunning we were so happy to be collecting her after such a long wait. ive had a chance to play about with the controls and have a couple of questions for you guys as i cant visit the dealers at the moment.

1 How to get the easy entry and exit to work,ive set it in the command system but nothing.

2.What is the sd card slot for in the centre console

3.How to get satellite view on nav.

4.Cost of having wifi for the kids.

If you can’t find the answers in your manual, get the “Mercedes Guides” app (Apple and Android) then download the guide for your particular car. The search facility is good and so much easier than trying to find things in a paper manual.

I have a 2018 GLC so probably a different system but, based on that:
1) if you mean why doesn’t the steering wheel go up and the seat go back when you get out then if the steering wheel is already in a high position and seat a certain distance back, nothing will happen.
2) I have a SD card in under the armrest. I use it to store navigation destinations, for my speed camera database and I can also play music from it but I use a USB slot instead for that.
3) Sorry, don’t know. Have never found a satellite view on mine,
4) On mine, the car uses my phone sim for an pay extra data beyond its own internal systems (via its own SIM). So, if anyone wants to use the car WiFi, it has to route through my phone and, in my experience, is very slow. It is far simpler for any occupants who want Wi-fi to tether direct to my phone.
