C Class 2005 '55' 200 Diesel Classic
Hi, longtime owner of Mercs and loving them still.

Anyway I've got a Mercedes C Class W203 2005 55 plate diesel auto and its giving me a few problems,

The engine management light is coming on, I've had it scanned and it points to the Exhaust Back Pressure Sensor B60 Voltage too high.

I've changed the sensor but it still keeps on showing the code. The sensor I've changed is located on top of the engine to what looks like the Egr valve.

I've changed the DPF sensor the one that has 2 pipes going to it and still no difference. (The reason I change this sensor was because the sensor and the plug literally melted causing the wires to fuse together so I ordered a repair wire from merc.

I've got the DPF coded out as well but it's still throws the error code EBP sensor Voltage too high.

Are there any control modules or any fuses or something as I've tried and had a look but still nothing.

Also would a loose connection to a turbo or inter cooler cause this problem?

Thanks very much!!

The code that comes up is a permanent code, when it get cleared it comes straight back up and the car is driving sluggish.

How much mileage has the car done and do you use the car for work, IE how many miles ad day and is it in traffic ?
you say that you have had the DPF code out ?
