Eclass with xenon 2008 how we adjust headlights for Europe

Hello, I tried to find the answer in the forum, but I didn't find it.
So if somebody have the answer please let us know , using much as possible details.

RH headlamp has a little lever. Remove the back cap, break your wrist in 18 places, then feel to the right of the projector. There is s fiddly little bit of wire; push it up and you’ll feel/ hear a bulb shade move.

Very difficult to find. Put your phone down and take a picture of the back of the unit to help see what you're doing.
