I left my ignition key in for 5 days , in the upright position (without ignition on). It drained the battery fully so I jump started it and then recharged overnight . The engine fires up fine with no issues however upon turning the ignition on the the headlight washer pops out and pumps constantly and the driver-side headlight low and full bean will not work ( side light works fine).

Any suggestions will be appreciated as to what my issue may be ????

My guess is that you've blown the front (and only) SAM.
Check the battery voltage after it has been shut down for a couple of hours, to eliminate a goosed battery.
But you might then try disconnecting the battery for a while, if you're lucky that might cause a reset, but I would be surprised.

Make sure the under bonnet fuse enclosure hasn't got water in. They are prone to that and the 1st victim is usually the SAM.
The ECU and TCU are in there also.

But it is possible other things can confuse the SAM, like water on the light multi switch (as an example).
But a goosed SAM is the most obvious.

Did you see sparks fly at any time on the battery during remove / install.

How old is your battery? (should be stamped on one of the terminals).
I had a lot of strange problems occur, door locks opening and closing whilst driving, indicators not working, central locking not working, etc. all intermittently until I discovered the battery was 11 years old. A new one cured all these, any voltage anomaly can cause havoc.
