Electrics fading?

On the way to work this morning the abs light came on then the radio started to go on and off, the radio lights were also flickering. Over the next 10 minutes I lost all electric functions and only very dim sidelights remained.

Does anyone have any ideas, is it just the battery and/or alternator?

If the ABS was the first to go sounds like Over voltage relay check for 12 volt in on pin 30 and 12v volt out on the 87 pins (1 or 2) fuse on top.
