Emissions Test Interpretation

Having just had a MOT, the results from the Emissions Test make no sense to me, except that the car passed (A140)

Are all the test results OK (i.e running at optimum, rather than just enough to pass)

Can someone have a quick look at the test result, and let me know!!

CO = 0.00
HC = 00010
LAMBDA = 1.00

Natural Idle Test

CO = 0.00

All the readings are good and show the cat. is working well and your engine is not burning oil.

CO. unmeasurable.
HC 10. Given that 1200 is the limit do you think you need to worry?
Lamda 1. ideal.

Just to add to dieselman. Every thing is ok. HC= Hydrocarbons. The amount of unburnt fuel. Read in the parts to the million. Hardly any unburnt fuel. Which has always got to be good news.
