EML V6 petrol 3.5 litre 12 plate

Hi

not sure if I have or are doing this right

I have a Mercedes-Benz 12 plate V6 Petrol 3.5 litre
Last few days/ maybe couple of weeks, my car some time rough idle in the morning from a cold start between 1200 1800(2000) RPM

last night while driving home my EML come on,
It’s come on once before since I’ve owned the car in the last 3 1/2 years and it was just an oxygen sensor sort of done the same thing?
Is this common for it to happen?

It sounds like you might have the M272 Intake Manifold issue

Best thing is to get a Mercedes Specialist to read the codes
