have just bought a replacement engine for my 230TE. it has done 126k miles. i was wondering, before i do the engine swap, what would be the sensible things to change/investigate on this engine while it's out of the car and therefore easier to work on? my thoughts would be: head gasket ... front crank oil seal ... exhaust manifold and inlet manifold gaskets ... v belt ... erm ... can't think of anything else! anyone have any tips? all replies much appreciated
