Engine Light.

I had the engine light come on yesterday on my CLK, no loss of power but i took it to my local indy and they said i as there was no power drop there was not to much to worry about, the car is booked in on Wednesday 10/1 for an A service so they will plug it in to see the cause, i hope it is not an expensive fix, any ideas?

I may go out after 4 or 5 starts, i had this with my CLK after battery problems.
