Engine management light on

I have just changed the MAF meter and the engine management light has come on,is there a way of manually resetting it .
Its on a 55reg c220cdi sports coupe.

If it was a good make then the lamp may go off on its own,,a cheap make could be out of spec and turned the lamp on.

It is not the MAF that has turned it on,,it will be the O2 sensor when it has shifted from its stored setting when adjusting the fuel mixture,, leave it a while and see
