Engine Mounts C-Class

Its not gonna happen just yet but a friend of mine is looking to put the C32 AMG engine out of the saloon into a coupe as a track day car, does anyone happen to know if the engine mounts and the gear box fitment are the same for

2002 C32 Amg Saloon

and

2002 C200k se auto Coupe

Never done it so couldn't give you a correct answer but looking on EPC the part numbers dont match!

C200k part numbers A2032402017

C32amg number A2202400617

Looks like the mount numbers for the amg are from a S.class (220) so probley just heavy duty items! hope this helps!

As far as I am aware, it will fit into the car on the existing bolt holes, as I think that is what you are asking.

TBH, the fitting is a piece of cake compared to getting it running. If you have a complete donor car, your task will be much, much easier.

A bespoke ecu, such as Emerald M3d would be the best route if a donor car is not available.

it's prob not worth the bother coz some smart a$*e's in jap crap car's with a big turbo's will rip the **** right out off you in your heavy old hector
