Engine stalls

I have asked before why my merc cuts out and wil not start until next day. Possible sensor or the MFA, where is this located and anyone else have this problem .

A faulty MAF won't stop your car from starting.

Do you mean the crank position sensor? They often fail once hot, and work when cold. Usually located at the base of the engine, near the exhaust manifold.

2002 SL500, 216 CL500, all fully loaded
Yes CPS more than the MAF,,the MAF will not stop it from starting
