I have a 1977 mercedes 350 sl. The car starts when cold with no difficulty. When the engine is hot, it will only start if you restart within 5 or 10 minutes, otherwise I have to wait until the engine is cold to restart the car.
Many friends and garages have tried to resolve the problem but have failed.
Any suggestions would be very welcome.

Hot starting problems can be, loss of rest pressure, Air flow sensor incorrectly adjusted, the cold start injector could be leaking, a shorted thermo time switch or incorrect control pressure.
