Well worth a watch especially if you are are a EQC owner:

Didn’t watch it all but two things come to mind,
The battery should be under warranty?
Using aftermarket diagnostics can mislead you.

By no means a fan of electric cars. But i like to learn and what a great video. Amazing how big the batteries are.

Exactly, I’m curious by nature so to see the battery pack lowered and basic checks on fuses was very interesting. I like the pioneering attitude of the garage it will keep them in business and importantly they were observing H&S.

Initially I thought the £1000 they charged was a little excessive considering that ultimately the car 'just' needed a software update ..... but that paled into insignificance compared to the quote by Mercedes ..... did Mercedes seriously think that someone would take then up on the quote? Or was that a way of saying ... 'we haven't clue - take it somewhere else!'

Both I think! They would much prefer to sell one of the many they have littering their forecourts
