Hi

Over the past days I have been getting the ESP Fault message, followed by Run flat Indicator unavaiable and then Break Lamp fault comming up on my B-Class Auto diesel.

Any ideas I can try.

Hi and welcome

The best thing to do is to get the fault codes read.

It could be a faulty wheel speed sensor bringing the light on.

The brake lamp fault could just be a bulb has failed.

My 2006 B180 had the engine light on + displayed the error messages...
BRAKE LAMP DRIVE TO WORKSHOP
TYRE PRESSURE MONITORING NOT AVAILABLE
ESP FAULTY.

I had it plugged in to a diagnostic machine at my local garage (non MB specialist) and it threw up every error under the sun, the mechanic thought that it would be an expensive repair however the clue was that these errors we often staring after the first use of the brakes so I decides to change the brake lamp switch.
Cost £10...
Took 10mins...
Fixed!
I have since read about other people having exactly the same problem with A and B-class so for £10 it may be worth a try.

Just goes to show how the mighty MB computers cease to function correctly (i.e false error messages) given the slightest little fault!
