European Head Lights w204 2010 Halogen lights

Hi..I live in Spain and need to put my headlights onto European standards..I have switched the left hand side light by the lever underneath the lamp..But I can't see the same lever on the right hand Headlight..is it only the left that needs to be switched?..Thanks

No, both.
Either lever broken off or headlight changed in the past to one without a lever
