That's what I was thinking ! Maybe I should get my car serviced in Broadway Vancouver and save on the $150 per hour (£75) I get charged here.
Although to be fair, MB are doing my next service for free due to a recall not being done, which caused my car to fail !

In a word - 'YES' - but I've always asked myself whether it was deliberate or the unfortunate outtcome of a set of circumstances beyond the control of those involved.
Twenty-two years ago I went through probate and I was convinced the solicitor overcharged me for the work actually performed. Pure greed - GBP700 for a signature on a contract! I should have asked for the solicitor's bill to be taxed: that always get their attention. It might have resulted in a refund. However, ...
Mercedes labour charges make me feel live 'I've been had' but there's no one I can point the finger at. It's just the way it is! I voted with my feet and found myself a good indie instead. The dealership sends me reminders about services and special MB offers and it gives me some pleasure to ignore them.
