I'd agree that it doesn't look too bad.
I've noticed in the past that for some reason the exhaust hangers that go first seem to be the ones just before the rear silencers.
Its possible that this has occurred, but on the whole no exhaust is ever fitted totally flush, I'd only be concerned if this is a new situation, but in any case it isn't something that needs an immediate fix - I've driven for nearly a year in one car with exhaust only being held on by its attachment with the exhaust manifold and the very last hangers on the system.
Looks totally fine to me. You would tell if drops as the positioning of the exhaust tips woiuld have moved and there will be misalighnment at the back where they protrude.
Get under and give it all a good nudge, you will soon realise.
I guess that the exhaust is held up with figure 8 shaped rubber hangers, they're generally only cheap so might be worth replacing them. You'd need to have a look, but a lad at work had a Merc that had a factory stainless exhaust however the brackets that the hangers attached to were only mild steel and some had snapped off.
