trying to suss some detail on merc c220cdi 1st sept 2004 estate complete exhaust / i know fitting are extra and now sussed t models are estates ,haa

looking on the obvious sites , theres mention of dpf and cats , so cats not for the cdi theres so much confliction about fitment i need some info

the guys asking 850 moted clean but not looked after til mot time so? and its local

there is no tail pipe rotted off middle pipe just unearth since the late 17c lol cant see all but i would think the rest is 17c too
so a whole system after market cheap as poss will move it on in a few years

Sounds like a S203 220cdi model. If so, it has the 646 engine, and quite possibly a great deal of hidden rust.
If it was offered to me with a rotted out exhaust system I would be more concerned with whatever else might be rotted out before I began pricing up a new system.

Have codes checked. That will tell if there is s compressor issue (fairly rare other than noisy). Autobox is 722.6
