Factory fitted camera stuck

Just wondering if there is some quick fix for this rather than needing a dealer visit. I was just parking up my car (2014 E250) and the feed from the reversing camera got stuck. I did try switching the car off for a few minutes and resetting but it still just shows a frozen image on the screen when I put it in reverse now. Any advice is much appreciated!

I'd leave it at least 4 hours and see if you still have the issue. The COMAND system won't have fully shut down in a few minutes so unlikely to clear a fault. Failing that, pull the fuse ( you will have to look at the fuse chart to find which one) to the COMAND and see if that resolved it.

I just popped out now and it seems to be working okay again - I think you were right. The short time didn't allow it to fully shutdown and reset.
