fan motor E190

I wonder if someone could tell me how to get to the heater motor on this car I have a problem with fan motor having a mind of its own and i wanted to check the connections as well as the fan, I noticed some broken glass in the defrost venting and wonder if theres glass in the fan stopping it from running properly

You have to remove the wiper motor and remove the cover from the heater motor then remove the three screws on the motor and remove it
the three screws are located on the drivers side of the heater cowling.
Also check the heater motot resistor pack located on the bulkhead at the battery
