Fitting a Command SatNav to 2001 C-class - advice please

We've got the Command unit, not sure what else we need, wiring wise, or where to get it.
Have just read on here something a little worrying about needing to spend lots on the 'audio gateway'. What's this all about?!!

The car is a 2001 C270 CDI estate, currently with a MB single CD.

Have found this wiring adapter, is there anything else we need?

Yes you will require a wiring loom for it.
Its very easy to install it after you have the wiring loom.

You could send me a message and I can Email you instructions on how to install it.
