Flashing problem 300SE Auto

Hi, I noticed my battery was flat today. When I jump started the car the alarm went off and all 4 flashers came on and stayed on (no flashing). These lights have stayed on since despite the ignition being off. Switching on the hazard warning has no effect and neither does using the indicators. I suppose the flasher unit needs to be replaced, can anyone tell me where to find it and how to get to it.
