flat battery/central locking

Help, leg in plaster, 1998 e300 TD not being used, battery went completely flat, replaced battery now central locking doesn't work, can't get into boot or put any diesel in. Is there a reset for the central locking?

You should be able to get into the boot with the key. Once you get some power into the system, the central locking should work again. If not, there is a manual release for the filler cap in the boot, and check the fuses etc for the locking. It may be worth disconnecting the battery for a few mins (once charged), which may reset anything that got confused due to low voltage - thats pretty much how you do a Merc ctrl-alt-del!
