Floating RPM on idle +-20

Just think of why idle may go a little bit up and down constantly, but not for a big difference, such like +-20 rpm on idle.
May it be a fuel pressure regulator faulty A651 074 00 84?

Any one had same issue before? How you have sorted it?

20rpm? I'd call that perfectly fine.
